About the Role:
This position combines technical leadership with hands-on algorithm development for advanced sensing platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team of algorithm engineers.
* Developing advanced signal and image processing algorithms for detection and target tracking across radar and electro-optical sensors.
* Designing optimization and control algorithms for complex sensing systems.
* Defining TEST scenarios and contributing to simulation environments, validation databases, and proof-of-concept experiments.
* Developing innovative algorithmic approaches for detection and tracking in noisy and complex environments.

* Conducting end-to-end system validation in collaboration with system engineering teams.

In this role, you will manage a team of software engineers, overseeing the design and execution of advanced ATE software for electronic cards and calibration systems used in our cutting-edge AESA radar technology The ideal candidate will combine strong software management skills with a deep understanding of RF systems and hardware-software integration. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ATE software engineers.
* Lead the design and development of automated TEST software for electronic cards and radar calibration.
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements definition to deployment on the production line.

In this position, you will lead a team of developers designing and implementing high-performance DSP, Image Processing, Deep Learning and Computer Vision algorithms, using the most advanced technology such as the newest Nvidia platforms, advanced C++, and modern development procedures and tools. The team works intensively with the algorithms engineering teams, converting algorithms, and making them suitable to be used on real-time system.
