The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp and experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of Cross River’s most critical system - COS In this role, you’ll be embedded in a fast-paced product team, designing and executing manual and automated test plans that cover everything from backend APIs to customer-facing applications. You’ll take ownership of quality from day one - helping build a scalable testing culture, mentoring junior engineers, and working closely with developers and product managers to catch issues before they hit production. * Own QA strategy and execution for your squad - both manual and automated testing
* Design comprehensive test plans and maintain detailed, reproducible test cases
* Develop and expand automated test suites for APIs, web apps, and backend systems
* Work closely with Developers, Product, and DevOps to shift-left and integrate testing early
* Track, triage, and follow through on bugs with clarity and urgency
* Help build a culture of quality through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software QA Engineer to join our DPU Firmware QA Team. Quality is an integral aspect of our products, and as a Firmware QA Engineer you will have a significant impact in helping us to deliver our products to customers in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. You will bring your upbeat personality with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and real passion for a positive user experience. The candidate will take part in wide areas of Software testing, systems testing, networking and automation in Linux environment.

What you'll be doing:
Design, Develop and Execute tests (manual and automatic).
Learn new networking standards, features and protocols and improve QA coverage.
Participate in reviews and provide feedback on product feature requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
Collaborate with various team including project management, hardware, and software developers, provide technical analysis of bugs.
Execute tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional, security; report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity.
Develop/Enhance Tools, applications, or processes to improve the quality and test efficiency.
Define and build setups topologies for appropriate product coverage.

Assist in maintaining the Quality Management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR Part 820.
Lead quality control activities, including incoming inspections, documentation writing and reviews, and final product release.
Monitor and track nonconformities, customer complaints, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Participate in internal audits, ensuring corrective actions are followed up and documented properly.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout the development process.
Assist in writing and maintaining regulatory documentation and records to support compliance efforts.
Support supplier Quality Assurance activities by helping review and track supplier performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in quality processes.
