we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic QA Manual Engineer to join our team. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent organizational skills, as well as a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

In this role, you will work with many different teams across the company. You will work closely with our product managers and developers, validating that our products meet the highest quality standards and effectively solve customer problems. You will also work closely with product designers, the support team, and more.

What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive testing of new features to verify the requirements are met and long-term quality is upheld.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the software meets quality standards.
Define core business flows that will serve as the backbone of the automated tests written by our automation developers.
Collaborate with the Product and R&D teams to investigate and troubleshoot issues, and provide usability feedback based on customer interactions.
Work closely with the support team to understand customer pain points, which will help inform your testing strategies.
Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest product features and improvements, ensuring that our QA processes are aligned with current developments.

Required Automation Engineer
About The Role:
As an Automation Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in refining our existing automation frameworks and developing innovative new automation solutions. Your expertise will significantly impact the efficiency and quality of our services, helping to transform senior care through AI-driven technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Extend and optimize automation frameworks to support scalable, reliable testing across platforms.
Build robust mobile automation solutions from the ground up.
Design and implement end-to-end batch testing to ensure system-wide reliability.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans with clear documentation in Confluence and Jira.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align automation strategies with business goals.
Continuously refine automation workflows for efficiency and minimal manual effort, leveraging tools like Playwright and JavaScript.

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our SW/FW testing team. This position will be part of QA group, which enables our products meet the industry leading benchmarks of efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will engage in testing of industry-leading features, be able to learn new features, execute manual and automated tests, and participate in automation development.


What you'll be doing:

Review arch design and requirements documents for new features introduced in different domains

Design, develop and implement tests for the new features, as part of SW/FW update releases

Automate newly added tests in the existing automation framework, add new capabilities and features to the framework

Report bugs found during execution, assist with reproduction and debugs to understand root cause, verify bug fixes provided by R&D team, raise if not fixed

Perform tests in different scopes: regression, performance, functional, security; report progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity
