In this role, you will be responsible for:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our DevOps Infra team, which is responsible for managing and evolving the cloud-native infrastructure that powers our microservices architecture. The team oversees our EKS-based Kubernetes platform, argoCD pipelines, infrastructure observability, Helm-based deployments, and mission-critical web services in AWS.
Role Summary:
This position is a backfill for a key role on the team. The ideal candidate will bring deep Kubernetes expertise, strong experience in observability tooling, and the ability to independently take ownership of infrastructure components in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:
Master the Domain: Learn card scheme (e.g. Visa) rules & PSP (e.g. PayPal) workflows.
Analyze & optimize performance across the dispute funnels, identify improvement areas, and increase win rates and recovery rates, as well as create dashboards for monitoring.
Combine data and dispute rules into persuasive evidence that resonate with human decision-makers.
