We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager - Fraud Prevention with 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, or risk platforms.
This role is about building the fraud prevention practice for non-financial institutions inside the Mosaic platform - officially launching product programs end-to-end, from GTM enablement through strategy to a whole new feature set.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping Mosaics fraud offering, working cross-functionally to build solutions for emerging verticals such as eCommerce, fintech, telco, and travel.
This role will report directly to the VP of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and drive product strategy for Mosaics fraud prevention offering for non FSIs-spanning real-time detection and advanced offline analysis and investigation tooling spanning risk and fraud across the entire consumer lifecycle: from account signup to guest checkout.
Own the full lifecycle: From feature design to GTM launch, including enablement content, sales tools, and thought leadership campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, AI teams, Sales, and Customer Success to align product features with market needs.
Manage vendor integrations, evaluating fraud detection partners and building plug-and-play capabilities to accelerate customer deployments.
Analyze fraud data and metrics, using insights to inform model improvements, feature prioritization, and ROI.
Understand the competitive landscape and define Mosaics positioning and differentiation strategy.
Educate and enable GTM teams, ensuring consistent messaging and value-based positioning for customers.
Requirements:
