Hands-on experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered products - both customer-facing features and internal tools.
Technical aptitude: comfortable with APIs, data pipelines, and automation frameworks - you can speak engineering without being an engineer.
Proven track record of taking products from 0→1 in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
