Responsibilities:
Test mobile apps on iOS and Android devices.
Create detailed defect tickets to track errors to resolution.
Execute and maintain test plans to assure development that builds are ready for mass consumption.
Document issues that appear in-app in a detailed manner and work with development to fix issues as needed.
Analyze failures and collaborate with Software Developers to ensure root cause is investigated.
Contribute to analyzing the success of new features post-release, monitoring usage patterns.
Requirements: Requirements:
Structured testing experience - must.
Critical thinking.
Attention to detail.
Excellent personal presentation, oral, and written skills.
A strong capacity for self-learning and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and methodologies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Nice to have:
Associates degree from an accredited university .
Technical understanding of development process and key components to facilitate defect detection and reporting.
Knowledge of and experience with full-cycle software development and testing methodology.
