We are looking for a Senior Marketing Designer to elevate, define, and evolve our companys visual identity across every touchpoint. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our brand, blending hands-on design excellence with strategic visual storytelling.
You will play a crucial role in shaping how the world sees our company. You will not only design high-impact digital assets but also lead the visual experience for our global physical presence - including large-scale tradeshow booths, conferences, and exclusive events. You will work closely with senior management and the broader team to translate complex technological concepts into compelling, innovative designs that resonate with a highly technical audience.
Main Responsibilities
Brand Evolution & Strategy: Define, develop, and maintain our companys brand guidelines. Ensure visual consistency and clarity across all marketing, web, video, and physical outputs. Act as the champion of the brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and premium look and feel across all channels.
High-End Presentation Design: Design and elevate high-stakes presentations for executive leadership, investors, and conferences. Transform complex data and narratives into visually stunning, clear, and impactful slides.
Event & Experiential Design: Lead the conceptualization and design of physical assets for global tradeshows and conferences. This includes booth design, large-format signage, swag, printed collateral, and on-site branding elements that create an immersive experience.
Digital & Campaign Design: Create visually appealing high-quality UX and graphics for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including web pages, social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and brochures.
Project & Agency Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to deadlines. Manage external design and creative agencies, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their output meets our company's quality standards and brand guidelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with stakeholders across various corporate departments - including Marketing, Product, Sales, R&D, Operations, and HR - to support diverse brand and communication needs. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, "out-of-the-box" ideas that align with business goals.
Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract quantum computing concepts and high-level visions into concrete, understandable, and aesthetically striking design concepts.

We are looking for a Web & Marketing Designer to take full ownership of the companys marketing assets and marketplace websites.

This role is divided into two main areas of responsibility:

Marketing (50%):
Design marketing assets and visual materials for performance campaigns of the companys business activities in a variety of platforms such as Social, Native, Display, etc.
Create and maintain our marketplace websites, including designing new layouts and Facilitating A/B testing on existing pages, logos etc.
Create and Edit videos for our performance marketing activities for social media and internal brand content.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.

Business Materials (50%):
Create high-quality marketing presentations, sales decks, collateral materials, Inner brand, one-pagers, and more.
Design print assets, company swag, presentational templates, conference materials, and other promotional items.
Collaborate closely with Management and HR teams on internal and business-related design needs.
Work alongside company leadership to refine and enhance the overall brand and design direction.

About the Role
Youll be part of our internal creative team, bringing our internal brand to life across events, HR programs, internal communications, and employee-facing platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the experience team, OD team, People Ops and Talent Acquisition team and lead on Internal Comms and employer brand initiatives and various other creative partners to create meaningful visual storytelling for employees worldwide.
What Youll Do
Lead the visual identity for the HR division global programs, events, and campaigns.
Concept and design for Employee Experience events and activities, Employer Branding needs, Internal Communications, Organizational Development initiatives, and Talent Acquisition campaigns.
Create and maintain templates and scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficient workflows.
Oversee creative production from concept to delivery across presentations, motion graphics, digital screens, swag, emails, newsletters, and other assets.
Lead the strategy and execution of major campaigns, such as Kickoff, Sales Summit, Hackathon, and more - in collaboration with internal and external design partners
Develop templates, scalable design systems, and improve creative workflows.
Manage the full creative process-from concept to delivery-across presentations, motion graphics, signage, digital screens, emails, newsletters, swag, and more.

Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for social media platforms (think eye-catching explainer videos for TikTok, etc.).
Utilize your mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro to craft engaging video content that tells a compelling story.
Partner with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually impactful motion design.
Design dynamic web banners and other digital assets that come alive with movement.
