Reliability & AI Integration

AI-Augmented Workflow: Integrate AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) into the daily DevOps lifecycle to accelerate scripting, complex troubleshooting, and documentation.
Observability: Monitor system health with VictoriaMetrics and Datadog to ensure actionable alerting and high visibility.
Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotations, maintain runbooks, and drive blameless postmortems.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 4 professionals.
Build, maintain, and operate on-prem and cloud infrastructure supporting internal labs and engineering/product needs.
Design and manage environments simulating customer setups using diverse technologies:
Thousands of VMware-based virtual machines (primarily Windows, some Linux).
Storage systems such as NetApp, EMC, and others.
VRA environments.

As a Platform Engineer, you will help lead our Infrastructure, SRE, CI/CD, Security, and Scale/Performance efforts. Your work will have a direct impact on development processes across the entire R&D organization.

You will take a leading role in defining and designing these systems, all to enable our Fullstack and Data teams to be as independent and successful as possible.

The Platform team doesnt manage all of our services on their own - they build the tools and guidance so our Development teams can own them end-to-end.

The team also builds and maintains internal AI-powered platform capabilities, including in-house MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that support R&D and Data teams with enhanced automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven developer tools.

Take an active role in the Platform engineering team that focuses on all aspects of CI/CD infrastructure, GitOps full automation, and operational metrics to ensure the highest productivity for our Cloud infrastructure. This includes contributing to new AI-augmented internal tools and workflows that improve engineering velocity and operational visibility.
Lead the design and delivery of software and infrastructure to improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our services.
Design, develop, and maintain our core platform and CI/CD infrastructure and our development environments
Manage cloud security principles and define best practices
Build, configure, and tune highly available and fault-tolerant Container Clusters and K8s infrastructures
Take an active role in defining the teams roadmap
Develop automation to support our orchestration and application deployment
Participate in extending our platforms AI adoption across the organization by integrating LLM-powered capabilities into operational and developer workflows.
