Develop backend logic and automation scripts that support high-quality, efficient internal applications.
Leverage AI tools and advanced prompting techniques to enhance automation, enrichment, and user experience.
Document system behavior, maintain internal tooling standards, and continuously improve performance, stability, and usability.
Stay up to date with emerging internal tools frameworks, automation practices, and AI-driven development approaches to keep operating at the cutting edge.

Build and enhance payment products-creating new systems from scratch while improving and integrating with existing ones

Work across a diverse tech stack and programming languages
Brainstorm and shape features with product managers and peers, guiding decisions with your technical expertise

Mentor and support fellow engineers
Dive deep into technical complexity to diagnose and solve production issues

In this role, you will lead products core features, from understanding the system requirements and defining the features behavior, through designing the software architecture to implementing and releasing high quality code.
You will work closely with hardware and software engineers, system engineers and security experts to characterize the solutions and determine the development strategy.

Leading core features design and implementation according to system architecture specifications and engineering requirements in collaboration with other groups in Microsoft.
