About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Designer to join our Marketing design team. In this role, you will be a key creative leader responsible for elevating our visual brand across all marketing channels. You won't just execute pixel-perfect designs; you will shape the creative strategy behind them. As a key player on our Marketing design team, you will be responsible for translating our powerful, complex technology into a compelling visual story that drives demand, accelerates our sales cycle, and solidifies our position as a market leader.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the creative strategy and end-to-end design for high-impact marketing campaigns and initiatives, from initial brief to final launch.
Design and deliver exceptional cross-platform experiences, including new layouts, visuals, and illustrations that elevate the brand.
Partner strategically with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Product to define project goals, challenge assumptions, and deliver creative that drives business results.
Adopt new and changing working AI methods to drive innovation.
Mentor and provide constructive feedback to other designers, helping to elevate the quality and consistency of the entire team's output.
Drive design excellence by establishing best practices, refining workflows, and confidently presenting creative concepts and rationale to leadership.

Were looking for a creative, hands-on UX / UI Designer with product ownership experience to join us. This hybrid role blends design and strategy shaping safe, simple, and meaningful digital products.

What Youll Do
Lead end-to-end design for our B2C apps from research to polished UI.
Manage the design system across all our products to ensure consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with developers, PMs, and stakeholders in an Agile squad.
Translate user insights into intuitive, engaging experiences.
