Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
Develop lo-fi/hi-fi mockups and prototypes to articulate interaction design effectively.
Communicate and build consensus around all aspects of the design direction.
Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements.
Use data analysis to improve the customer experience.
Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
Facilitate usability testing and other UX methodologies.
Optimize features based on analysis of the competing solutions.
Collaborate and work closely with PM team, RnD, other product designers and upper management.

The Job
looking for a product designer to lead the full product design cycle from research through prototyping and design and usability testing. You will report to the product design team leader and will play a crucial role in establishing design strategy. You will also bridge the gap between design and engineering teams to deliver essential products to the worlds leading healthcare providers.

Creating flow charts and user journey diagrams
Conducting product research based on customer feedback, data, competitor analysis, and more to support design and product recommendations and decisions
Collaborating with product, R&D, business, and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience and sophisticated look and feel
Translating designs into detailed specification documents

Communicate user experiences throughout the design process and produce design deliverables such as wireframes, user flow diagrams, storyboards, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, presentation decks, and visualization specs.
Lead cross-functional workshops to define project requirements and user stories.
Identify project dependencies and mitigate risks by optimizing design workflows.
