As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer you will
Lead and groom the team towards technical solutions guided by a strong understanding of the latest and greatest technologies like Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and more
Advocate, build, and manage scalable and reliable services and infrastructure to support our SaaS services
Apply SRE best practices, including incident management, performance and capacity planning, and disaster recovery flows
Drive the reliability, performance, and availability of our SaaS products, ensuring service-level objectives are met or exceeded
Design, develop, and manage large-scale systems with CI/CD in mind, to support multiple production environments and use cases
Tackle large-scale production issues and bring out-of-the-box thinking to the table
Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and vendor products to continuously improve our SaaS offering.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer (DevOps) to join our Core R&Ds Platform Engineering team.

We believe that our development platform is not just a means to an end but a product in its own right. As a Platform Engineer, you will be at the forefront of crafting, enhancing, and optimizing this critical foundation, to support our Core R&Ds innovation and growth.

From enabling our product teams, to maintaining our build system, to owning both our internal and open-source infrastructure, this team plays a central role in our business operations.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer to enhance our infrastructure and optimize our development processes. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable systems, automating workflows, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production environment. Your role will include managing cloud and on-premises infrastructure, implementing and improving CI pipelines, and working closely with development and customer success teams.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and adopt new technologist tools to improve product quality and efficiency.
Planning, building, and maintaining cloud or on-premises infrastructure.
Building, improving, and maintaining continuous integration and deployment processes (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Working with Docker and Kubernetes to manage containerized applications.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement solutions
Investigate and resolve technical challenges across infrastructure and applications.
Design and implement troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
Working closely with developers to optimize development and deployment processes.
