As a Delivery UI/UX Designers TL at our company, you will lead a team of offshore professionals specializing in UI configuration, theming, and customization of our white-label components. Working within our established design system, your team will tailor the user experience to meet the visual identity and UX requirements of each bank.
You and your team will collaborate directly with client-side UX teams, internal Delivery developers, and our company Product & UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
You will manage and oversee the workplan of your team, report on it regularly to your managers and to the Project Managers responsible for the different delivery projects to align project timelines and ensure customers awareness and update, support your team professionally and with internal company interfaces, develop the team members abilities and manage performance.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a team of UI/UX designers
 Provide clear design direction, feedback, and guidance
Own team planning, task allocation, and prioritization across multiple banks and projects
Manage workloads to meet delivery timelines and customer commitments
 Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and address them early
Work directly with banks UI teams to understand design requirements, constraints, and branding.
Adapt and configure existing white-label UI components to match each banks branding, style guidelines, and UX patterns.
Create customer-specific UI kits, component variations, and layouts within Figma, ensuring that design decisions follow UX best practices.
Produce high-quality UI deliverables including flows, screens, prototypes, and final specs for implementation.
Ensure consistency within the company design system while meeting client customization needs.
Deliver detailed handoff documentation and annotations and collaborate with our company Delivery developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.

You simplify the complex, find the clearest path through a messy workflow, and care deeply about helping users get to value quickly - especially in a product where AI insights are only useful if people actually discover and trust them.

You bring strong UX fundamentals and sharp execution. And on top of that, you use modern tools - Claude, Figma MCP, Cursor, as genuine force multipliers, not as an identity. AI is how you move faster, not what you lead with.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. Youll design across our web platform, IDE extension, and Git workflows - products used by developers who notice when something feels off.

What youll do

Design end-to-end experiences for developer-facing products, from early concepts to shipped features
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data; youre comfortable in a Notion doc, a Linear ticket, and a Figma file in the same afternoon
Prototype with fidelity appropriate to the question - sometimes a Figma flow, sometimes a working HTML/React component
Design for scale from day one - you always think about edge cases, permissions, multi-user flows, and enterprise complexity
Move fast and iterate based on real developer feedback

We're looking for a curious, fast-learning individual for a student role on our Product team to help enhance user experiences through effective design practices. In this role, you'll work closely with other Product Designers in your team, with the guidance of the team lead, to participate in the design process, research, ideate, shape, and innovate complex products.
