Were seeking a passionate Content QA Analyst to join our R&D department. By evaluating conversations our users have with our AI agents, you'll help spearhead our efforts to improve product quality and user experience and take part in strategizing efficient solutions. Youll play a key role in our project management life cycle.
Responsibilities:
Review and analyze end users conversations with our AI assistant in order to find the most impactful conversations and improve our core conversation engine.
Identify, generalize, and bucket problems in our new and existing use cases.
Evaluate new features and capabilities to ensure they are polished prior to release.
Use LLMs like ChatGPT in order to automatically analyze conversations and improve our natural language understanding.
Create and tag datasets to train new, highly accurate AI models.
Work closely with product managers, UX experts, software engineers, solutions engineers, and NLP experts to propose solutions and participate in the implementation.

As an Automation Engineer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions for Evinced products. Youll work with a range of automation frameworksprimarily Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript), but also Cypress, Selenium, TestCafe, and others as needed. What Youll Do:
Define and own the quality roadmap. Establish a comprehensive test strategy (unit, integration, statistical, compatibility, and performance) that targets a 99 % confidence level across all cryptographic components and platforms.
Build test automation. Develop and maintain high‑coverage test suites in C/C++ (mainly) and integrate advanced tools such as fuzzing.
Drive continuous improvement. Embed secure‑development‑lifecycle checkpoints, instrument metrics for coverage, flakiness, and regression detection, analyse failures, and prioritise remediation with engineering leads.
Coordinate independent audits. Manage relationships with external cryptography consultants who perform black‑box reviews and certification testing, while maintaining clear hand‑offs without daily code collaboration.
Document and certify. Produce traceable logs, unique test identifiers, and evidence packages to support formal certifications (e.g., FIPS, ISO, IETF RFC).
