Minimum 8 years of experience in product design or UX on complex, cross functional organizations
Minimum 1+ years experience in a leading role
Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes from concept to completion.
Experience using Figma, following brand and system guidelines and extending component libraries.
Excellent problem-solving skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
Strong visual design skills and expertise in creating flows, user journeys, page layouts/templates, functional design, iconography, and style guides
Strong communication and presentation skills - written, verbal and visual (Hebrew and English)
Experience in designing complex desktop applications
Experience working with Startup Founders - a huge advantage!

Soft Skills, Education, Other:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with complex systems/cyber industry - An advantage
Experience working with designing systems - An advantage

Requirements:
5+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing product design for complex and responsive B2B systems
Proven experience with native mobile app design and responsive web - Must!
Advanced proficiency of spoken and written English - Mandatory
Good understanding of both Mobile OS behaviors and guidelines (iOS/ Android)
Experience working in an end-to-end UX process from ideation, wireframing and prototyping through to user testing and final design delivery
Degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, etc.) - Advantage
Be a problem solver and present alternatives - the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions
Experience with creating and working with a design system
Proficient with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools
Experience working with developers, and familiarity with HTML & CSS
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-notch interfaces
Self-learner and quick adjustment skills

B.A. degree or equivalent training/professional work experience in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field
Academic or Professional courses in Graphic Design/User Experience Design are a big advantage.
2 + years of experience working in mobile design, web design, information architecture, user research, or similar fields.
2 + years of experience working with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Ability to understand and apply analytics and usage data to inform the design process.

Hands-on experience creating prototypes, wireframes, icons and other visual assets, testing them directly with customers and iterating based on research insights
Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative thinking, visual design skills, design process, UX flows and interaction patterns. Submissions without a portfolio included will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
Passion for UX design and strong command of usability principles, information hierarchy, task analysis, personas and design systems.
Ability to create user workflows, mockups and prototypes to communicate and validate design decisions
Creative problem solver, able to think holistically and at the same time have sharp eye for details
Experience with conducting user research studies, synthesis of feedback, and design of inspiring solutions based on customer insights
Strong visual design/layout/typography skills
Proficient at scoping and estimating efforts accurately, prioritizing tasks and goals independently, and rapidly producing deliverables 
Highly collaborative with the ability to work closely with groups of product managers and developers, as part of a design team
Self-motivated with outstanding proactive communication and presentation skills
Expert in design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Advantage: experience with cyber security products.
