You'll play a key role in creating and maintaining the documentation and learning resources that empower our customers. What Youll Be Doing:
Become a key player on our one-of-a-kind team, where we come together to make magic happen!
Take ownership of the documentation process, from initial design to final release.
Work closely with product management, engineering, and field engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of the product and customer needs, ensuring the creation of documentation that is accurate, comprehensive, and user-friendly.
Manage updates and revisions for existing documentation, including release notes and user guides.
Maintain consistency and quality across all product documentation.
Prioritize the documentation pipeline by balancing urgent issues with long-term projects, while efficiently managing escalated documentation requests.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware Authority Create, update, and own end-to-end documentation for complex hardware and appliance products. Explain architecture, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with crystal-clear language and visuals.

Visual Excellence Produce and refine drawings, block diagrams, and exploded views that clarify each concept at a glance. Verify accuracy with engineering to ensure visual truth.
Cross-Team Leadership Coordinate engineers, product managers, and support teams. Align goals, remove roadblocks, and secure approvals while upholding scope, schedule, and quality.
Project Management Build and track detailed project plans. Define milestones, manage risk, set priorities, and report status to stakeholders. Deliver every document package on schedule and within budget.
Process Improvement Audit existing workflows, propose measurable enhancements, and implement best practices that raise consistency, reduce cycle time, and boost re-use across product lines.
Clear Communication Translate complex hardware and cloud-adjacent concepts into concise content for administrators, field engineers, and customers worldwide.
