Were looking for a Technical Product Team Lead - Platform to drive the future of our core platform, used by millions of web creators worldwide. This role is about leading key platform initiatives, driving strategy and execution at a global scale, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver high-impact capabilities.
As Product Team Lead - Platform, youll own the platform domain, focusing on foundational infrastructure, internal tooling, data, and extensibility that power our entire product ecosystem. Scalability: Design and evolve product processes that support rapid scaling without compromising speed or focus.

Requirements:
Leadership: Proven experience as Product Team Lead or Product Director in tech and complex products.
Product Expertise: Over 7 years of hands-on experience in product management, including proficiency in product strategy, UX, and market analysis. Experience leading platform product teams is a strong advantage.
Hands-On Mindset: Open and willing to take a hands-on approach in day-to-day product management tasks, including defining requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating closely with engineers.

We are looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to join the Product Management team and focus on expanding our AI platform to develop new use cases and applications for automakers, smart mobility vendors, insurance companies and additional new markets.
As a Director of Product Management you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, reporting directly to our VP Product and work closely with a team of passionate employees.
This role is full-time and is based in Herzliya, Israel, in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of customer and market needs
Create buy-in for the product vision internally as well as with strategic customers and key partners
Translate product strategy into product roadmap, detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with the research, data analytics, data engineering, and data science departments to develop core detection capabilities

7+ years experience as a Product Manager in various roles - a must

Proven experience as a B2B Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise environment
Hands-on experience in managing data-driven analytics products, with a strong understanding of data platforms, analytics infrastructures, and AI-driven solutions - including the ability to shape and develop data management capabilities
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to the executive team
Solid technical background in software development for complex big data systems
Strong can do approach and problem solving skills
Great interpersonal skills
