Requirements:

So, what will you be doing all day?

Lead and manage a small, high-performing design team, overseeing their professional development and day-to-day alignment with our product vision.
Partner across Design, Product, and R&D to transform how we work together, implementing modern, AI-augmented methodologies and automation to bridge the gap between concept and code
Directly own and drive major design projects as an individual contributor, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues from different teams (product, design, development, QA, and BI)
Apply a comprehensive understanding of a product's lifecycle, from research and prototyping to design and usability testing
Contribute as a member of the design team and promote winning ideas and decisions
Requirements:
Ideally, were looking for

7+ years of B2C/SMB/B2B experience in world-class products in the global market. Preferably US.
Technical mindset and strong, hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to automate the design-to-R&D pipeline.
At least 2 years of experience in team leadership and/or people management
A strong portfolio that effectively showcases your skills (both web and mobile)
A broad understanding of usability and user experience principles (Customer-centric design mindset)
Expert-level mastery of design systems and optimizing them to streamline R&D implementation.
Exceptional communication skills
Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing and collaboration
Fluent in English - verbal and written
B.A. in Visual Communication, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or another relevant field, as well as illustration and animation skills, are both an advantage

In this role, youll help define long-term strategy, elevate team execution and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our products.

What you'll be doing
Partner closely with a seasoned product organization, including Product Managers, Content Managers and Product Designers, while mentoring team members, elevating product thinking and helping shape a high-performing product culture.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to surface needs, identify opportunities and drive impactful product initiatives.
Contribute to roadmap definition, strategic planning and execution of key initiatives.
Step into hands-on product work when needed to move key efforts forward.
Requirements:
8-12 years of product management experience in B2C or B2B2C environments, with a strong track record of launching and iterating on user-facing products in close partnership with R&D.
Proven track record of leading or mentoring other product managers.
Deep familiarity with mobile and web trends, apps and content.
Strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills - able to see the big picture while driving toward measurable outcomes.
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience working on big-data products serving millions of users.
Strong technical understanding.
