We are looking for someone who treats our internal infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes clusters as actual products. This means caring about the developer experience and ensuring that the tools we build are intuitive, reliable, and that they solve real problems for our R&D teams.
In this managerial role, you will lead a team of experienced DevOps engineers responsible for various aspects of our cloud platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a growing team of highly skilled cloud DevOps engineers
Full responsibility on a scrum team, including hiring and mentoring of new team members.
Collaborate with various engineering teams on designing and implementing new features for our cloud platform.
Oversee the implementation of applications, integrations, and interfaces across our web ecosystem.
Fully automate critical system processes to improve service performance, monitoring, scalability, and overall stability of our cloud platform.
Refine our continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) process to streamline deployment and product release cycles.
Roll out a standardized approach to cloud security.
Act as a Cloud Solution Architect for our R&D department, and as an expert consultant on cloud-native architectures that consider product architecture, business needs, security, and FinOps.

Take the lead on production issues, ensuring availability and timely response.
Improve CI/CD processes, developer experience, and automation pipelines.
Lead strategic projects to modernize infrastructure, adopt new technologies, and improve stability.
Proactively drive retrospectives, platform upgrades, and systemic reliability improvements.
Monitor infrastructure health, optimize cloud costs, and track infrastructure KPIs.
Deeply understand system complexity and internal service dependencies.
Partner with Security to maintain compliance (SOC 2, access control, audits).
Hands-On Execution - Actively contribute to the design and implementation.

looking for an independent Senior DevOps Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will join our centralized DevOps team, serving as a pillar of reliability and innovation for the entire engineering organization.

This is a 50/50 "Build vs. Run" role. Splitting your time between building modern automation and improving our developer experience and operational excellence, ensuring our production environments are rock-solid, secure, and highly available while managing the live environment from server infrastructure all the way to the application.

Tasks you will take part in:

Design and implement next-generation CI/CD automation flows to streamline the path from "Code" to "Production."
Lead the evolution of our Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) to make our systems more modular and self-service for developers.
Collaborate with backend teams to architect scalable microservices and optimize datastore performance (RDS, MongoDB).
Embrace AI-powered development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to automate toil and accelerate infrastructure delivery.
Full ownership of our AWS accounts and multi-cluster Kubernetes environments.
Manage and fine-tune live production environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime for our mission-critical fintech services.
Drive our Observability strategy (Datadog/Grafana) to proactively catch issues before they impact our customers.
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, serving as the first line of defense for platform reliability.
