This role is for someone who thrives on collaboration, practicality, and speed, and believes research belongs at the heart of every great product decision.
Youll partner closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and business teams, conducting research across the product and organization. Youll help mentor and empower designers to run their own research when needed, scale research practices, and build a strong knowledge base of insights that impact our roadmap.

What Youll Be Doing
Plan and run end-to-end research using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Conduct wide-scope studies across product and business areas (not just feature-level)
Mentor designers to conduct research independently offering guidance, tools, and best practices
Drive Jobs-to-Be-Done research, persona creation, and user journey mapping
Collect insights through interviews, usability testing, surveys, CX reports, behavioral analytics, A/B tests, and competitor analysis
Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design
Facilitate workshops to align teams around insights and opportunities
Build and maintain a central research knowledge base, accessible across the org

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in planning and executing UX research in product companies
Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g. interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing, analytics)
Ability to present findings to a wide range of stakeholderstechnical and non-technical
Experience guiding others in research (especially designers and PMs)
Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
Familiarity with Design Thinking and human-centered design principles
Hands-on experience with tools like Mixpanel, Pendo, etc..
Strong data synthesis and visualization skills
Nice to have
Degree in a social/behavioral science field (e.g. Cognitive Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology)
Experience in B2B and fintech environments
Experience working with SMBs or Enterprise-level users.
