Responsibilities:
Hands-on technical management across cloud and front-end disciplines.
Mentor engineers, fostering their growth and success.
Oversee design, development, and testing of cloud-based software.
Build and lead a high-performance engineering team.
Translate business needs into product execution and delivery.
Manage design and code reviews, and oversee the Jira execution process.
Ensure software architecture is maintainable and scalable.
Maximize efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Enhance existing product deployments and automation processes.
Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
Requirements: 5+ years managing software engineers in a cloud environment.
BA/BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years in software development (Java - Must).
Experience with the following technologies: Linux OS, Go, Python, Node.js, Angular, SQL & No-SQL DBs - Advantage
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Excellent time management.
IoT cloud solutions and retail tech experience are a plus.
