We are looking for HW team leader to lead the design of Ramon Space system hardware including development of product cards and engineering boards of compute, storage and communication systems for space.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead a team of board designers through all development stages: from HW architecture definition to implementation, bring-up and final release.
Build , maintain, track, update detailed work plans for the team
Full responsibility for electrical specification, schematic design, components selection, SI/PI Simulation and layout considerations.
Extensive labs bring-up and proof of design until the HW design efficiently implemented in accordance with system requirements.
Combine understanding of the electronics, mechanics, FW and SW aspects into the accurate system architecture.
Work closely with system team and translate system requirements into high quality design and products
Collaborate with multiple R&D and Production groups: Mechanics, Software, NPI and system validation.
Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in HW design.
At least 4 years of experience in HW Design team management.
Experience in managing subcontractors including layout, SI/PI simulation and HW design team extension.
Experience with board design for space environment - advantage.
Familiarity with mechanical design and thermal analysis - advantage.
B.Sc. in Electronics engineering or equivalent.
