HW Engineering Platform Group is seeking a highly motivated experience Hardware Development Project Manager to drive and monitor the execution of hardware development projects, specifically focusing on SoC/HW Platform, through all development phases. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time and meet product-defined milestones and KPIs. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
What will your job look like:
Manage various projects within the teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles, proactively addressing issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.
Foster collaboration and communication among team members, promoting a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive and monitor the execution of hardware development projects (SoC/HW Platform) through all development phases.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools as Jira.
Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance competing demands and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
Excellent Hebrew & English written and oral communication .
Experience autonomous driving technologies - an advantage .
PMP certification- an advantage .
