we are seeking for an Configuration Management. As part of the role, you will work with an Engineering Information Management (PLM) system, manage product structures (BOMs), product files, documents, items, and assemblies, generate computerized reports and KPIs, lead engineering change control boards, provide user support for the system, and more. This is a full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, located in Holon.

We are looking for an ML Engineer / MLOps Tech Lead to promote machine learning engineering excellence. Someone who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality data products and processes, while ensuring production systems maintain strong real-time performance observability.
You will focus on designing and maintaining the core infrastructure that empowers the Machine Learning Engineers working within Data Science product teams. Youll collaborate closely with stakeholders across data science, product, and engineering, playing a pivotal role in driving the business by architecting and enabling the infrastructure for machine learning model development, serving, and lifecycle management-the foundation of our product.
Responsibilities:
Partner with MLEs in Data Science product teams and key stakeholders to design and maintain infrastructure for:
Data wrangling - supporting and enabling data requirements for research, training, validation, and testing.
End-to-end ML delivery - enabling model performance development, training, validation, testing, and version control.
Drive engineering best practices including code and model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, rollout strategies, and disaster recovery procedures.
Build and support monitoring and observability tools - dashboards, alerts, and performance tracking of models in production.
Lead architecture projects such as:
Feature Store - centralizing feature engineering and serving across teams.
Vector Databases - enabling large-scale embedding storage and retrieval for advanced ML applications.
GPU Cluster Scaling - optimizing distributed training and inference infrastructure.
Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to solve complex problems, identify trends, and create opportunities through robust ML infrastructure.

The MEQ (Quality) team is responsible to foster quality and excellence in products and processes across the entire company. MEQ team focuses on ensuring high customers' satisfaction through continuous improvement and implementation of automotive standards and best-practices such as ASPICE, IATF16949, ISO 9001, VDA/AIAG Core Tools and ISO26262, both internal and across the entire supply chain, In order to support MEQ objectives, The QMS & Production Quality team is looking for a Production Configuration Manager.
What will your job look like:
Define and implement cross company configuration and change management process, incl: KPIs, Inputs, Outputs, Control points, Reports (from scratch)
Work closely with colleagues from other departments (PMs, development engineers, production engineers, management) and other organizations (suppliers and customers) to realize relevant activities.
Define work items/products release process.
Manage and verify retention, back-up and recovery of company products/projects work items.
Create, manage and update PPAP folders for company products.
Identify opportunities for improvement and execute them.
Create relevant work items templates and coach the team how to use them.
CCB team - Lead/participate.
Support configuration & change related issues with customers, suppliers and 3rd party organizations.
