Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help shape evolving product suite. In this role, youll lead design initiatives that empower our clients with greater transparency and self-service capabilities across our platform.
As a senior member of the team, youll drive design strategy and execution within your product domain - from early discovery and research to high-quality implementation. Youll partner with product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, data-driven, and user-centered experiences that bring measurable impact to our users and the business.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within a B2B or technology-driven company.
Proven ability to design complex systems and workflows, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
Strong strategic thinking - experienced in connecting design outcomes to measurable business and user goals.
Deep expertise in UX and interaction design, with fluency in usability principles, heuristics, and modern design patterns.
Strong visual design skills - you bring clarity, hierarchy, and polish that elevate product quality and inspire others.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including working with design systems, component creation, and documentation for scalable design processes.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills - able to tell the story behind your work, influence without authority, and align diverse teams around shared goals.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability - from planning and prioritization to quality delivery and continuous iteration post-launch.
Independent and proactive, capable of managing multiple work streams while identifying and resolving gaps within your domain.
Experience mentoring and guiding other designers, contributing to team learning and elevating overall quality standards.
Curious, thoughtful, and intentional in your approach - always learning, always improving.
Experience using AI tools to enhance the design process - including ideation, research synthesis, workflow automation, or visual exploration.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
