We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team - where we craft experiences that help buyers and sellers connect, collaborate, and build long-term relationships. Youll take ownership of end-to-end design processes - from research and ideation to execution and refinement. Youll be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually compelling user experiences that enhance our marketplace platform. Youll champion a product design approach that blends creativity, data, and AI-driven insights to continuously elevate User Experience and business impact. Youll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality, simple, delightful solutions that drive engagement and business growth. This position is temporary; replacement for maternity leave.
What am I going to do?:
* Design user-centric experiences across our web and mobile platforms.
* Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine product features.
* Maintain and contribute to our design system.
* Ensure a seamless and accessible User Experience aligned with business goals.
* Integrate AI tools into your workflow to support and streamline design work.

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in product design, UX / UI design, or a related field.
* Skilled in Figma and with experience in working with design systems and component-based design.
* Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and problem-solving.
* Experience in working with design systems and component-based design.
* Proficiency in AI tools and the ability to incorporate them naturally into your design workflow.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and data -driven design decisions is a plus.
Advantages BA/BS degree in Design.
