We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong design craft with product thinking and business acumen. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of product experiences, from user research and problem definition through prototyping, validation, and delivery.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Sales, Account Executives, Marketing, and customers to create intuitive, impactful experiences that drive business outcomes. Beyond product design, you will play a key role in communicating product value through compelling demos, storytelling, and customer-facing assets that support product adoption and help win deals.

The day-to-day:
Own the end-to-end design process for product areas and features, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Conduct user research and customer interviews to uncover insights, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities.
Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes that turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Executives, and Marketing to align user needs with business goals.
Build highly polished product demos, presentations, and visual storytelling assets that help customers understand product value and help Sales win deals.
Create product marketing content such as walkthrough videos, feature explainers, and launch materials.
Leverage AI-powered tools and modern workflows to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, and execution.

We are looking for a Product Designer to cover a 6-month maternity leave. This is a solo-designer role by nature: you'll own live product work from week one, running your own surfaces end to end, sitting at the intersection of complex data and intuitive visual storytelling.

Because the window is six months, we care far more about how fast you ramp, learn, and decide on your own than about how many years you have on paper. If you are the kind of designer who reads the product, forms an opinion, and ships, you will do well here.

What You'll Do:

Own design end to end for several product areas in parallel: discovery, flows, UI, prototypes, pixel-perfect handoff, and QA of what actually ships.
Design AI-native experiences: conversational and agentic interfaces, generated content, states of uncertainty, and the trust and control patterns that help food industry professionals navigate our AI insights with ease.
Maintain and extend our design system on both sides: components and tokens in Figma, and their real counterparts in the code repo.
Work directly with engineers, product managers, marketing, and internal product builders, without a layer of translation in between.
Use AI tooling as part of your daily craft, from exploration through to working prototypes and, where it helps, real code.
Hold a holistic view of the product: how a single screen serves the user, the workflow it sits in, and the business outcome behind it.

About the Role:
Being a Senior Designer on our creative team means autonomously ideating and executing performance-driven designs in a massively creative and agile environment. You will partner directly with stakeholders across marketing and growth to understand business objectives and turn them into effective, scalable design solutions, owning the entire creative process from initial concept to final pixel.
You are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly switching between high-level brand strategy, multi-channel campaign design, and elevating our core visual identity. Your goal is to step in, take the reins immediately, and produce exceptional assets that maintain our brands premium feel while driving real engagement and conversions.
What Youll Be Working On
Multi-Channel Marketing Design: Creating compelling full-funnel experiences, including landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and digital collateral.
Performance Creative: Conceptualizing and independently executing high-converting, data-backed ads for Meta, Google, and other acquisition channels.
Brand Evolution: Lead the development, maintenance, and execution of brand identity assets, guidelines, and design systems.
Strategic Partnerships Design: Collaborating closely with the Growth team to iterate on designs based on performance data, A/B testing, and user insights.
Collaborative Campaigns: Work with the video creators to design and produce the core video creative ads that define our performance marketing campaigns.
