Fiverr is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our team on a 8-month maternity leave replacement. In this role, you will craft thoughtful, high-impact experiences that help buyers and sellers connect, collaborate, and build long-term relationships on Fiverr. This position requires experience in designing native mobile experiences (iOS and Android), with an understanding of mobile interaction patterns, platform conventions, and performance considerations. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and fellow designers to deliver simple, elegant, and impactful experiences that drive user engagement and business growth.

What am I going to do?:

* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution and refinement.
* Actively leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, design workflows, and productivity.
* Design user-centric, native mobile experiences for iOS and Android, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and standards.
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs with strong attention to usability and craft.
* Conduct research, usability testing, and data-informed validation to guide design decisions.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and iterate on product features.
* Work with and evolve Fiverr’s design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
* Ensure seamless, accessible, and performance-aware experiences aligned with user needs and business goals.

Job responsibilities
What Youll Do
Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to validate design decisions through user feedback and provide UX guidance across all stages of product development-from ideation to release.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points-and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Take ongoing ownership of monitoring the user experience across the product by regularly reviewing flows, analyzing user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Proactively initiate and lead UX improvement initiatives that enhance usability and increase user satisfaction.
Advocate for the user by promoting user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
Champion best practices in research methodologies within the team and across the company.
