We are the Technical Communications Team involved in updating the knowledge center for network security orchestration products. With over 200 developers, product managers and support engineers as well as feedback from customers, our work is fast-paced, documenting new features and constantly updating existing material. Much of our working time is spent examining feedback, understanding design documents and learning the complexity of cloud and network security controls. The people we serve are mostly technical users including customers (primarily cloud, security and network administrators and auditors) and internal staff comprising product managers, technical support personnel and presales engineers.
