Responsibilities
Create and maintain accurate, user-friendly product documentation, including Knowledge Base articles, API docs, release notes, and guides.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content that helps customers understand both how and why to use the product.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to align documentation and messaging across all touchpoints.
Expand and manage the Knowledge Base as a strategic, living resource-ensuring consistency, taxonomy, and continuous improvement.
Develop documentation that improves team alignment and efficiency.
Gather feedback from internal teams and customers to continuously refine content quality and clarity.
Help define and maintain our tone of voice and product language standards.

What we are looking for:
As a Technical Writer in Customer Service Department, you will be expected to develop complex technical documents, ensuring that products are used safely and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, researching, and interviewing. They must demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and must be able to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. What will you be doing:
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product experts, and product and project managers to prepare technical documentation that communicates complex, technical information clearly and concisely, for the intended audience (customers, FSE, engineers, integrators, subcontractors, etc.).
Develop and update the following types of documentation for hardware and software products: User Manuals, Installation Guides, Preventive Maintenance Manuals, Service Manuals, Release Notes, Technical Field Orders, Technical Notes, Customer Notifications, and online help for product lines.
Support all Customer Support TTS (Transfer-to-Service) activities, as well as documentation activities from other departments worldwide.
Work according to predefined styles.
Create relevant graphics for documentation.
Publish document updates to the Technical Knowledge Center.

You'll take a senior role within our API Docs and DevX Content Team to help design, develop and maintain our amazing docs portal site, create LLM-friendly tech content, developer documentation, thought leadership posts, video tutorials, demo apps, and more. You can also optionally take part in developer conferences, speaking engagements, and other developer relations activities. By bringing your own fresh perspective and unique technical skills, you'll elevate our impact and help shape the future of how developers, and the tools they use, engage with our products.
Responsibilities:
Create, code explorers, quick starts, demo apps, code examples, written and video tutorials, blog posts and other interactive learning material
Own the docs for specific products or feature areas, including advocating for developer needs throughout the product development lifecycle: review specs, play with API features at early stages, suggest feature improvements, and more.
Write developer guide, API, and SDK documentation using docs-as-code and agile processes
Contribute to the team's next-generation developer content strategy planning and implementation targeting both developer and LLMs as content consumers
Help implement internal AI-powered solutions/agentic tools to enhance the productivity of content creation, management, and delivery.
Take part in designing and developing new functionality for our developer portal site
Collaborate with developers, product managers, customer support, marketing, and solution engineers to ensure consistent developer experience and messaging across the organization
Optionally represent our company at developer conferences and other speaking engagements.
