We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation that enhances user understanding and facilitates the effective use of our products and services. Your work will bridge the gap between complex technical information and user-friendly content for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and system operation guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and customer support, to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content tailored to various audiences.
Create and manage content for online help systems, FAQs, and knowledge bases using tools such as Confluence.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate content development, standardize tone, and maintain consistency across documentation.
Utilize AI-driven knowledge platforms to support content discoverability and accessibility for both internal teams and external users (customers, partners, etc.).
Ensure all documentation adheres to established standards, style guides, and branding guidelines.
Continuously update documentation to reflect product updates, enhancements, and user feedback.
Incorporate visual aids such as diagrams, tables, and screenshots to clarify content.
Participate in usability testing and incorporate findings to improve documentation quality.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Technical Write, preferably in the IoT, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to convey them effectively to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, Confluence, MadCap Flare).
Experience working with or implementing AI-enhanced content platforms and tools to improve user experience and support.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with content management systems and version control tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API documentation and developer guides.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
Familiarity with IoT devices and connectivity solutions.
Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
