Were looking for an experienced TPM to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end, working closely with Engineering, Product, data, and other key stakeholders.
What youll do:
Own program planning and execution, including scope, timelines, OKRs, risks, dependencies, and governance
Drive alignment across multiple teams and manage stakeholders, escalations, and program communications
Triage technical issues and support effective engineering execution
Use data and performance metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement
Lead change-management initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for
optimization.
Requirements: What were looking for:
Proven Program Management / Technical Program Management experience
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Analytical mindset and ability to work with datasets and metrics
Strong technical orientation and ability to work effectively with Engineering teams
Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
Fluent English - required | Spanish or French - an advantage
