you will do:
Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across multiple teams.

Lead our release process, ensuring high‑quality releases on time and clear communication
Build a bug management model with clear severity definitions, SLAs, and forums

We are on an expedition to find Technical Delivery Engineer, someone who is passionate about creating intuitive, out-of-this-world In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and deployment projects of platform in customer environments, working hands-on with AI on-prem and hybrid infrastructures.
Youll collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, and R&D teams, while serving as a trusted technical partner for customers and senior stakeholders. :Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery in close collaboration with Product, Architecture, R&D, and Solutions teams, as well as customer executives and senior stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute complex on-premises deployment projects.
Take a hands-on role in deploying platform within customer environments.
Serve as the technical escalation point for issues related to product deployment and implementation.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project delivery processes and knowledge-sharing practices.
Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

We are looking for a hands-on, assertive, and process-driven Senior R&D Program Manager to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will work under the Head of Strategic Delivery to bring order to the daily R&D operations. You won't just be "moving tickets around" - you will be the operational heartbeat of the department. What You Will Do :
Drive the Delivery Cadence: Hold the R&D Team Leads accountable for the development lifecycle. While they own the execution, you ensure that Sprints run smoothly and that we are hitting our deadlines.
Jira & Data Integrity: You will be the owner of our "Single Source of Truth." You don't need to be a coding wizard, but you must ensure that Jira boards are clean, up-to-date, and that reports (Burn-down, Velocity) are accurate so management can make decisions based on facts.
Visibility & Reporting: Provide the Head of Strategic Delivery and VP R&D with clear, real-time visibility into project status. You are the one who raises the flag before a project goes off the rails.
Cross-Functional Synchronization: Act as the glue between technical teams. You ensure dependencies are managed and that no "silos" are blocking progress.
Escalation Management: Act as a shield for the team. When urgency strikes from CS or Product, you help triage and prioritize so the R&D team doesn't lose focus.

we are looking for a Technical Project Manager.
As a Technical project manager you will be responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects. Ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with strategic priorities, and second, that the projects are completed on-time, within scope and with a high quality of deliverables.
Youll be a member of our Product department and serve as a key link between product managers, all R&D teams, QA, Operations and CSM, and Account delivery team You will also assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks and provide escalation management.
What youll do:
Track, report, monitor and control projects from initiation throughout the project life cycle until full implementation.
Implement project management best practices around: progress management, Gantt, resource management, cost management, risk assessment, change management, Stakeholder management and tracking of external commitment
Work closely with all R&D teams, product teams, QA, Operations and account delivery team
Solve problems throughout the project life cycle, balance the needs of both business and technological interfaces.
Track product quarterly goals reaching the implementation within the time and scope defined
Part of the defining the solutioning and align with product lead and r&d lead
Lead cross domain projects with multiple teams involved
Become the department key link for external project for example: clients in risk, projects with deadline

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end projects and cross-functional processes across the organization. This role sits in the Office of the CEO and drives programs that cut across business units, functions, and even organizations - primarily between SAP.
You will not be an ivory tower PMO. You will design the processes, align stakeholders, and also do the actual work: building plans and dashboards, running working sessions, following up on actions, and making sure we land complex initiatives in the business. A key part of your mandate is to own the cross-functional processes related to our integration with SAP, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution across both companies.
