Bachelors Degree or higher in motion control related engineering field (Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics) required. Emphasis on electric motors and drives, feedback control systems, or mechatronics. Preferred - programming proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C, C ++, C #, VB / VB.NET, Scripting Languages, Text Based Motion Controller languages Engineering experience at an OEM or system integrator using motion control products Excellent interpersonal skills - teamwork, communication, and interaction with peers, independent and quick to learn. Must be able to work in front of a customer and confidently represent him/herself and the company to others

Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Able to prepare and deliver technical presentations
Fluent in English and German, both writing and verbal
Travel to customers and partners: frequent travel within DACH region, occasionally overnight, infrequent international trips (for example technical training at our HQ in Israel)

Requirements:
Deep cyber security understanding: Strong foundational knowledge of cyber security concepts and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, and threat landscapes. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical systems and articulate their value to clients.
Customer facing experience: 2-4 years in client-facing roles, such as presales, training, consulting, or customer success. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Strong preference for German. Additional fluency in languages like French, Italian, or Spanish is a significant advantage.
Willingness to travel: Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet client and business needs- 50% travel.
Integrity and confidentiality: Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity and safeguards confidential information in line with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:
Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Leadership Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams (Application Engineering, Field Support, or System Engineering)
Global Management: Proven experience managing remote teams or working closely with international offices (specifically North America)
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in HW/SW integration, C++, Python, and ROS. Experience with embedded systems
Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both engineers and executives
Advantages
Background in LiDAR, Radar, or Optical sensing technologies
Familiarity with Perception, AI, or Robotics

Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering – mandatory
* At least 5 years of experience in developing core software components in complex systems as part of a development team – mandatory
* Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and source control processes mandatory
* Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies mandatory
* Willingness to travel abroad mandatory
* Ability to work under pressure and lead cross-matrix teams mandatory
* Familiarity with EW (Electronic Warfare) and Command & Control systems – an advantage
* Experience with Cloud, Web, SaaS, React JS technologies – an advantage
