Your Impact
Tetragon is a flexible, Kubernetes-aware observability and security tool that delivers real-time insights and enforcement. Leveraging the power of eBPF, Tetragon provides low-overhead, in-kernel visibility and intelligence across diverse environments.
As a Technical Leader, you will be at the forefront of advancing Tetragons capabilities. You will guide architectural direction while staying deeply engaged in building the systems that power our platform. Your impact will span designing high-performance data pipelines, optimizing database and distributed system performance, and ensuring massive streams of system events can be ingested, aggregated, and distilled into meaningful intelligence.
You will collaborate closely with teams across, including Hypershield and Splunk, to create the integration points that transform raw data into actionable insights for enterprise security. In this role, youll solve some of the most complex system-level challenges in observability and infrastructure, helping Tetragon evolve to meet the needs of modern cloud-native environments.
What youll do:
Develop high-quality Go (and eBPF) code for the Tetragon project.
Design and implement new Tetragon features to enhance its capabilities for Runtime security detection and enforcement
Design and optimize systems for large-scale Tetragon deployment and operation in K8s or VM platforms
Architect infrastructure that converts raw event data into intelligence streams with minimal performance overhead.
Contribute to open-source projects and represent Isovalent in community discussions.
Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and documentation.

We're looking for a talented Senior C++ Developer with a deep foundation in research engineering and Linux kernel.
As a Senior C++ Developer you will be responsible for:
Designing, implementing, and optimizing our eBPF Agent.
Conducting research focused on Linux kernel internals, eBPF, and related technologies.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code, with a focus on low-level and systems programming.
Collaborating with data scientists, system architects, and product managers to translate technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
Using a profiling and debugging tools to analyze and optimize the performance of our agent.
Documenting code and research insights to support knowledge sharing across the team and facilitate continuous development.

we are looking for a Sales Development Representative.
As our SDR Enterprise | You'll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact you'll create on the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the broader sales team, market research to identify new potential customers and leads, and qualification of these leads by learning about their approach to onboarding.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, including email, phone, social channels, events, and campaigns.
Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and readiness to engage with sales.
Create and execute outreach sequences, including personalized email campaigns and cold-calling to map and penetrate accounts.
Engage existing customers as needed to identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities across a defined segment or product (as applicable to the team).
Educate and nurture leads to progress them toward a qualified meeting or next step in the buyer journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and activity data in CRM and sales engagement tools.
Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth and effective handoff of qualified opportunities.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to continuously refine lead-generation processes, messaging, and workflow improvements.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Opportunities, and pipeline contribution.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development.
