Lead how we use Microsoft 365, Azure and GenAI (assistants, copilots, agents, coding assistants like Tabnine, and automations) to improve employee productivity across the company. Key Responsibilities
* Own the GenAI & productivity strategy in a Microsoft-based environment (Azure, M365, Teams, Copilots).
* Identify and deliver high-impact use cases and automations across business functions.
* Implement and manage GenAI assistants, copilots, agents and coding assistants
* Drive adoption, training and best practices for employees and managers.
* Track usage and impact KPIs and continuously improve tools and workflows.
Requirements: 2+ years in Digital Workplace / IT Business Applications / Productivity / IT Innovation.
* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Power Platform
* Practical experience deploying GenAI tools (assistants, copilots, coding assistants such as Tabnine).
* Ability to map processes and design AI/digital productivity solutions
* Strong communication skills with end users and management. Fluent Hebrew and English , spoken and written. Nice to have: Experience in regulated or large organizations, change management / R&D background, basic automation/scripting (Power Automate, PowerShell, Python).
