We are seeking an experienced R&D Project Manager with a strong background in Electronic Engineering and Hardware Development to lead multidisciplinary medical device projects from concept through production.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and project objectives.
Coordinate activities across Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing teams.
Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and external partners.
Provide technical leadership for electronic systems and PCB development.
Support system integration, testing, validation, and transfer to production.
Collaborate with Regulatory and Quality teams to ensure compliance with medical device standards and requirements.
Requirements: B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading R D projects.
Proven background in Hardware Development and PCB Design.
Experience developing medical devices or regulated medical systems.
Experience working with regulatory requirements and standards submissions.
Familiarity with Altium Designer, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar tools - an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent English.
