We are looking for a sharp, hands-on team leader to head the Demand team within our Israel Operations department. As Head Of Demand, you will directly manage a focused team of demand specialists, drive day-to-day execution, and serve as the operational and strategic anchor for everything demand-related - while working closely with broader Operations leadership.

This is a team lead role within a larger department - you will be both a player and a coach, equally comfortable diving into the data and developing the people around you.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership & People Development
Oversee the team's management of key demand partner relationships, ensuring KPIs are met and growth opportunities are captured
Collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Sales, Product, R&D, and Analytics
Stay on top of industry trends and bring relevant insights back to the team and department leadership
Directly manage and mentor the Demand team, setting clear priorities, workstreams, and performance expectations
Run daily operations smoothly, balancing immediate deliverables with longer-term team development
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support each team member's professional growth; foster a team culture built on ownership, curiosity, and results
Operational Excellence & Process Building

Design, implement, and continuously improve team processes and workflows - building the operational infrastructure that enables the team to perform consistently and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Establish clear standards and routines for task management, prioritization, and escalation, so the team can move quickly without sacrificing quality or visibility
Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and influence without direct authority -drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams and stakeholders outside your direct management, using strong interpersonal skills, credibility, and clear communication
Navigate a matrixed organization - work effectively with multiple managers and department heads, managing competing priorities, aligning on shared goals, and ensuring the Demand team's work is connected to broader business objectives
Serve as the demand domain representative in cross-departmental forums, translating team-level insights into organizational decisions
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key internal stakeholders - proactively aligning with leadership across departments to remove blockers, surface opportunities, and keep projects moving
Requirements:
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in Demand, Growth, or Digital Marketing Operations, with 2-3 years of team lead or management experience
Strong domain knowledge in AdTech, Video Advertising, or Mobile/Gaming Monetization
Solid analytical skills - comfortable in the data and able to guide the team toward actionable conclusions
A natural team lead: someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and brings out the best in the people around them
Demonstrated ability to build operational processes and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders without formal authority
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proactive and adaptable - you know how to keep a team focused, motivated, and moving forward

Required Demand Generation Manager- Base44
Job Description
As a Demand Generation Manager, you'll drive multi-channel demand programs, manage ABM strategies, and optimize conversion funnels to generate pipeline contribution and revenue influence. You'll work closely with sales and other teams to create and execute targeted campaigns while analyzing performance to ensure continuous improvement. You'll also collaborate with the Base44 B2C user acquisition team and creative team to create holistic and converting content and campaigns.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Own and execute multi-channel demand programs, running campaigns across paid, content syndication, and events targeting enterprise buyers
Lead ABM strategy and execution, identifying and tiering target accounts, coordinating with Sales, and running account-specific plays across platforms like LinkedIn and others
Manage the PLG-to-Enterprise conversion funnel, optimizing the path from self-serve sign-up to Sales-Qualified Accounts in collaboration with RevOps
Drive pipeline reporting and campaign analytics by building dashboards to track key metrics and inform decisions
Collaborate with Base44s B2C user acquisition and creative teams to create holistic and converting content and campaigns
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of demand generation strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing at a SaaS company, with ownership of pipeline metrics
2+ years of experience working with a PLG product or a company transitioning from self-serve/freemium to enterprise sales
Practical experience with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
Ability to independently build and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and review platforms like G2 or Capterra
Strong skills in SQL or BI tools for custom reporting, with an understanding of multi-touch attribution models
Builder mentality, strategic and executional range, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
