As our Demand Generation Lead, you'll be the architect of our entire demand enginecreating the strategy, systems, and programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role where you lead the discipline end-to-end, with real budgets, proven product-market fit, and the backing to do demand gen the right way. As the company scales rapidly, you'll scale with itthis is a role with serious growth potential for a self-starter ready to make their mark. What will you do? Performance Marketing: Own and optimize PPC and paid social campaigns to generate qualified enterprise leads. SEO & Content Performance: Supervise our SEO agency to boost rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. Channel Innovation: Lead ABM campaigns and experiment with affiliates, influencers, and new growth channels. Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze performance across campaigns; translate data into actionable insights. Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product Marketing, content, and sales to maximize impact.

Requirements: * 4+ years of B2B Demand Generation experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
* Proven expertise in PPC, SEO, paid social, ABM, and multi-channel Demand Generation
* Strong analytical skills and experience managing performance across multiple channels.
* Technical edge (analytics, integrations, tracking) is a plus.
* Growth mindset eager to experiment, iterate, and scale what works. Management experience is an advantage, but not required.
