This role is based in Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem and reports to the Head of Product.
What you will be responsible for:
Own the strategy and roadmap for the CDP's data layer and its data sources, balancing the reliability, scale, and integration quality of a foundational layer with the pace of a live, revenue-generating product.
Translate complex technical and architectural tradeoffs into product requirements and business impact, connecting platform decisions to adoption, ARR/MRR, and churn.
Own both sides of the product lifecycle: the inbound work of discovery, specification, and technical decision-making, and the outbound work of launch, enablement, and adoption with customers and CSMs.
Engage directly and regularly with customers, CSMs, and internal stakeholders, turning real-world data and integration challenges into product decisions.
Partner closely with R&D leads and engineering to shape and execute the roadmap.

we are looking for a Lead Product Manager, Swag to join our Tel Aviv product team and take end-to-end ownership of our Swag product line - one of most strategic and fastest-growing product lines. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership, high autonomy, and significant business impact.
In this role, you will define and drive the product strategy for physical merchandise and branded swag across the entire lifecycle: supplier onboarding, catalog quality, pricing, customization, logistics, sender and recipient experience, and internal operational tooling. You will:

Lead the evolution of Swag marketplace, including supplier tooling, catalog quality, pricing, inventory signals, customization flows, and fulfillment experiences.

Measure success through a rigorous approach to data and analytics, continuously iterating to improve conversion, satisfaction, margin, and scalability.
Work directly with Operations, Go-to-Market, and Marketing to support enterprise deals, unlock new use cases, and ensure seamless execution.
Deeply understand customer needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement, translating insights into high-impact product decisions.
Define clear product requirements and narratives, from PRDs to interactive prototypes that align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
Act as a senior product leader and thought partner to our Swag business lead, raising the bar for product thinking, craft, and decision-making across the organization.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Insurtech Platform to lead and grow a new team that owns the surfaces every other team builds on: the agency and producer structure, compliance, sign-in, my account, and role-based access in our admin portal.
