We are seeking a product manager to join us in developing and advancing cross- product solutions that impact the entire division's product portfolio. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape product strategy, integrate advanced technologies (including AI), and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Partner in shaping cross-product strategy with a holistic view of all division products.
Analyze cross-system processes to identify gaps and propose optimal solutions.
Drive cross-product initiatives such as measurement, AI integration, implementation, and UX enhancements.
Manage complex interfaces with managers, product managers, developers, and users.
Write specifications and support development processes.
Conduct user research and integrate insights into product.
Requirements: Relevant academic degree: industrial Engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field
5 years in product management, with cross-product or horizontal experience.
Experience in user research and process analysis using various methodologies.
Experience in product implementation and working with CS teams.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
