What am I going to do?
Design and execute an employee experience strategy aligned with our companys business goals.
Build and promote company values and behaviors that drive performance and belonging.
Partner with leaders to embed continuous learning and growth in the flow of work.
Design employee journeys that enhance engagement, purpose, and productivity.
Use data and insights to measure cultural impact and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with executives to connect people, purpose, and performance.
Leverage storytelling and communication to bring culture and strategy to life.
Requirements: 4 years of experience in Employee Experience or Culture Strategy in a global company.
Proven ability to design and implement initiatives that connect culture with business outcomes.
Strong analytical and communication skills able to translate data into insights and action.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with AI tools for research, design, and communication is a must.
Creative, curious, and passionate about employee experience and culture innovation.
