A fast-growing tech company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and managing interviews across multiple time zones and calendars.
Serving as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and information throughout the recruitment process.
Assisting the recruitment team with various administrative tasks, including preparing interview materials, managing candidate data in our Applicant Tracking system (ATS), and processing expense reports.
Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
Utilizing and learning various HR and recruitment systems, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and our ATS.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment processes.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (no prior professional experience required).
Excellent verbal, reading, and written English communication skills.
Highly motivated with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within the HR/Recruitment field.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
