Required Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Senior QA Engineer to take our quality to the next level. In this role, you will lead and design our main quality initiatives across the entire organization, provide quality-focused technical leadership to developer teams, and improve our products.
As a Senior QA Engineer you will...
Work closely with hundreds of developers and Quality Engineers from different organizations in the company to better understand the main issues and bottlenecks across multiple platforms and cloud providers, including on-prem installations
Research the effect of every change on the system and its behavior, from the development stage to release and production
Perform hands-on work on new, complex cross-interacting features in the platform and modifications to existing ones, including research, test plan development, reviews, and approvals
Serve as the focal point for quality for cross-developed products a
Closely interact with developers, automation, and support engineers about customer production issues

As a Senior QA Engineer you will...
Work closely with multiple R&D teams across.
Enable development teams to own testing and automation as an integral part of delivery.
Design scalable quality strategies, testing frameworks, and quality gates to ensure high standards without slowing down development.
Act as a technical authority as you guide teams on testability, observability, and risk-based testing, as well as non-functional quality aspects such as security, performance, and reliability.
Partner with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to continuously improve how quality is designed, measured, and enforced across the product lifecycle.

Own the end-to-end quality of features from planning through release.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering exploratory, functional, regression, and integration testing.
Advocate for quality early by actively participating in product and feature design discussions.
Identify edge cases and gaps by collaborating with developers and automation engineers.
Support automation efforts by validating coverage and assisting with test integration.
Report bugs clearly and constructively, and help triage issues across teams.
Contribute to QA documentation and share testing knowledge with the broader team.

we seek a V&V Engineer with a strong background in validation to join the interconnect validation team. this position will be part of the product engineering team that crafts and integrates software tests for our company networking products into the production lines. you will handle various projects across teams, complete new lab setups, review the hw design, build validation plans, implement automated tests, perform manual scenarios, and report bugs. are you passionate about attention to detail and taking ownership of end-to-end validation for our interconnect products? join our team and bring your expertise to life!
what you'll be doing:
collaborate with multi-functional teams across engineering, software development, and hw to identify TEST requirements
define and build setup topologies for appropriate product coverage
build a validation plan, complete, and integrate tests for the new interconnect products to address the business needs
debug sw & hw failures during the validation and take action to address it
report bugs found during validation, assist with reproduction, and debug to understand the root cause, and follow up to close it
deploy the product validation into the nightly automation tests and track during the daily meeting
