What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in DevOps, Systems Integration, Network Automation, or closely related technical domains within a cloud environment
Robust knowledge and operational experience in designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines and large-scale infrastructure automation frameworks
Expert-level proficiency in object-oriented programming with Python, alongside proven expertise in shell scripting and leveraging industry-standard automation tools like Ansible or Terraform
Practical experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and fundamental knowledge of container orchestration concepts like Kubernetes
Experience working with and managing resources on major public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Deep understanding and practical familiarity with core network services architecture, particularly DNS, and related networking protocols
Knowledge of and practical interest in cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI and Prompt Engineering, specifically how they can be applied to enhance operations and automation
Professional, hands-on experience utilizing and developing with Temporal or other complex distributed workflow manager solutions.

Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.
Experience with the full application release cycle and best practices.
Manage and develop CI/CD process tools.
Strong understanding of infrastructure & operations, including storage, networking, computing, and cloud security (Azure preferred).
Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
Proficiency in Linux scripting and other programming languages.
Strong Python development skills beyond scripting.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
Proven ability to work in a production environment, handling live system challenges such as performance, scalability, and security.
Strong debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:
Strong experience with Azure and building large-scale and multi-geo SaaS platforms.
Deep knowledge of infrastructure as code with tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, Packer.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps, Argo CD, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS or EKS), Docker, Helm, and monitoring tools like Prometheus.
Proficiency in modern programming and scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, and Go
Solid understanding of Linux and Windows, networking, and security (DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing, certificates, firewalls).
Knowledge of security practices and compliance in cloud environments.
Experience with observability, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
Ability to design complex topologies mainly in Azure but also in additional public clouds when needed.
Very strong collaboration skills, for ongoing cooperation with various business units - product, engineering, and security teams
Passion to stay hands-on, run proofs of concept, and deliver features when needed.

Requirements:
Cloud Platforms: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP for SaaS platforms in large scale production environments. 
Programming & Scripting: Strong coding skills in Python, Go, PowerShell,  Bash or similar. 
Operating Systems: 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows or Linux environments, configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment 
Infrastructure as Code: Deep, hands-on experience with Terraform, Pulumi, Packer, and Ansible for declarative infrastructure and configuration management. 
CI/CD & GitOps: Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux. 
Containerization & Orchestration: Strong background in Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE), Docker, containerd, Helm, and Prometheus. 
Networking & Security: Solid understanding of core infrastructure protocols and components including DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, PKI, Firewalls, and Routing. 
DevSecOps Awareness: Familiarity with integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. 
Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively in English.

Azure Ecosystem: Familiarity with a wide range of Azure services, including: 
Virtual Machine Scale Sets,  Microsoft Entra ID, Event Hubs, Service Bus, App Service, Azure SQL, Azure OpenAI, KQL, Azure Functions, Azure Batch, and more. 
Monitoring & Incident Management: Experience with tools like Grafana, Azure Monitor, PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Datadog, or New Relic. 
Programming Skills: Development experience in C#/.NET. 
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar certification.

Background in DevOps or SRE with cost optimization responsibilities.
