We are looking for a Head of Design to lead and scale the design discipline.
In this strategic and hands-on leadership role, you will own the end-to-end experience across our suite of products, aligning user experience strategy with business objectives. You will lead a growing team of product designers while closely collaborating with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure consistency, quality, and user impact across our solutions.
Responsibilities
Own the UX vision, design strategy, & quality standards across all products
Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers
Set and drive the design processfrom discovery and ideation to execution and validation
Partner with Product, R&D, and Business stakeholders to shape roadmaps and define user-first priorities
Champion design thinking and usability practices across the organization
Oversee and evolve the design system, ensuring scalable, accessible, and consistent experiences
Guide research initiatives and usability testing processes to drive continuous learning
Act as the UX and UI Subject Matter Expert. Present and communicate design strategies and product value to customers and internal leadership.
Build a culture of feedback, collaboration, and design excellence.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven experience leading UX strategy, design operations, and team management
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and strategic thinking
Expertise in Figma and design systems (Auto layout, Components, Variables, Tokens)
Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design
Experience in B2B2C or B2B digital productsideally in fintech, enterprise, or SaaS environments
Experience in Web & Mobile design
Strong cross-functional communication and storytelling skills
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
Experience collaborating with enterprise clients or presenting design strategy to customers
Background in financial services, data-heavy products, or personalization platforms
Familiarity with analytics, UX metrics, and driving measurable design impact
Knowledge of agile environments and product lifecycle best practices
Passion for coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing design teams
Experience in the Fintech, Banking & related fields.
