The Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of product managers.
Identify the most critical opportunities and timing for impact on customer retention, and build scalable solutions that address them.
Drive the success of multiple platform domains, ensuring consistent value delivery and differentiation.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Business, and Leadership) to ensure alignment and deliver seamless end-to-end experiences.
Drive a growth-oriented mindset within the group, ensuring strategies and execution balance customer needs with business impact.
Create internal tools and processes to empower your group to move faster and deliver more effectively.
Translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience leading product managers.
Hands-on experience as a product manager within the cyber industry (CTI, posture management, detection and response, etc. - an advantage)
Specialized cyber expertise.
Experience conducting cyber research, including analysis of threats, behavior, and trends across the security landscape.
Experience in defining and executing complex, cross-functional strategies with measurable business impact.
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to connect deep insights to practical outcomes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring or dreamers and influencing senior stakeholders.
Technical orientation or development background is advantageous.
