As a senior backend developer on our team, you will help us build a world class scalable backend platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end feature lifecycle: starting from design and architecture, through implementing, testing, and releasing the feature. You will also get the chance to use your experience to help us make our product better, by taking part in architecture design and technological leadership.

We're looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Identity Risk team. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
Defining and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap from ideation to concept and launch
Driving and manage full product lifecycle development
Working closely with research, design and development teams to design, implement, and launch new features
Partnering with customers and prospects to align product features and roadmap with important use cases
Partnering with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.

As a core developer for one of our OpenShift AI teams, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in one of our component teams as well as the affiliated open-source communities. You will work as part of an evolving development team to rapidly design, secure, build, test, and release new capabilities. The role is primarily an individual contributor who collaborates closely with other developers and cross-functional teams. You should have a passion for working in open-source communities and for developing solutions that integrate Red Hat, open-source, and partner technologies into a cohesive platform.

As a Principal Security Engineer, youll be responsible for helping secure leading edge generative AI product capabilities.
