We are looking for a System & SecOps Team Leader to join the infrastructure department. The team leader will manage our global infrastructure systems: Multi Datacenters, Cloud, Storage, Virtualization, Networking, and security systems.
The candidate will lead, mentor and be involved in architecting our technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Security Administration Manage multiple firewalls clusters, Routers & Switches, SASE, WAF, CSPM, IdP, EDR, NAC and Mail Relay
VMware, Storage and Backup Full responsibility of a complex stretched VMware cluster using Active-Active block storage across two Datacenters, NAS systems, Backup platforms, SAN environment and tape library using FC, iSCSI, SMB, and NFS protocols
Solid understanding of Microsoft services Active Directory, PKI, EntraID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint
Manage, build, and update physical and virtual Windows & Linux servers utilizing patch management and configuration management systems
Cloud Administration Manage AWS & Azure production environments
Monitoring tools Ensure the stability and uptime of the production environment 24/7
Function as a tier two for the IT helpdesk team
The team leader will oversee a small team of one to two members, making this role ideal for candidates who may not have prior leadership experience but are eager to take on a leadership role while remaining actively involved in hands-on work.

We are seeking a Product Manager and Technology Leader to join our OpSec team, responsible for identifying, assessing and mitigating risk associated with data exposure, external attacks and any other failures related to critical products at the core of the Israeli Security Agency's intelligence and operational activities.
The role involves working in a rich technological environment encompassing various domains, including Development. DevOps, Operations and product.
Responsibilities
Drive the operational security envelope of products throughout their entire lifecycle - from product definition to filed deployment while integration OpSec practices into development and infrastructure processes.
Implement security by design approach in the development process from the initial planning stage.
