Drive integration solutions engineering, leveraging Magic XPI, .Net, and Superwise Integrator to engineer robust data solutions.
Collaborate globally, ensuring continuous delivery and support through a 'follow the sun' approach.
Lead project planning and delivery, aligning with comprehensive project plans and estimations.
Analyze business and user requirements, translating them into detailed system designs.
Lead by example, mentoring and guiding team members while leading technical areas.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience in engineering roles, focusing on software engineering, data integration, and system architecture.
Expertise in Magic XPI 4.x, .Net engineering, or 4GL, emphasizing data engineering and integration.
Demonstrated leadership skills, comfortable operating in both player and coach capacities.
