Key Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor delivery teams, ensuring best practices are followed in software design, security, and performance.
Develop multi-domain architectures spanning Cloud, Data, Embedded Systems, Cybersecurity, an IoT.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and performance benchmarks.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation and strategic decision-making within the company.
Represent the company as a thought leader in technical discussions, client meetings, and industry events.

We are seeking a highly skilled HO Software Architect to own regulatory compliance aspects within our software development lifecycle, along with the detection, evaluation, and management of open-source initiatives across the organization. This role sits within the CTO office and reports directly to the Director of Architecture.

What am I going to do?
Regulatory Compliance Technical supervision:

Work closely with development and product teams to ensure software development processes and execution meet regulatory standards.
Participate in Design Review and Product Review processes to validate adherence to compliance and regulatory policies.
Proactively identify compliance risks and recommend solutions in Fiverrs software and product landscape.
Perform architecture and code review to validate adherence to compliance policies.
Own and oversee technical compliance with key regulatory frameworks including GDPR, SOC2, and privacy/user safety regulations.
Facilitate audits and assessments by providing detailed documentation and evidence.
Build up Fiverrs Open Source program from ground up including defining and owning the process, identifying opportunities, and managing execution.
Technical Leadership:

Serve as a hands-on technical expert, reviewing, validating, and participating in code contribution across multiple projects.
Provide mentorship to developers and promote best practices around regulatory compliance and open source utilization.
