Job Description:
The Customer Success Senior Platform Architect is an advisory role, responsible for helping our customers establish a technical foundation in the Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. The Senior Platform Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the health of the platform. This is a consultative role focused on guiding us, partner and customer employees on the engagement team to provide a solution on an architecture designed for long-term success.
You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
Be an architectural advisor across multiple engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal team members to provide successful customer solutions.
Provide a variety of architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
Develop relationships with CoEI and business leaders at the customer site to understand our role in their digital transformation vision.
Translate goals to outcomes into a customer roadmap.
Translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve complex goals.
Engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position us as the digital transformation platform standard, integrated with the customer's core applications.
Manage technical governance, and a delivery operating model and governance.
Ensure instance health by working with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align to our leading practices.
Support the sales effort by scoping and estimating the engagement and change orders.
Be an active contributor of leading practices and expertise related to the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers, understand their business challenges, and design AWS solutions that address them, covering architecture, cost-efficiency, scalability, and security through Statements of Work (SOW)
Analyze existing customer AWS architectures and propose improvement roadmaps
Collaborate cross-team with different departments to ensure solutions are designed according to AWS best practices
Build thought leadership in the cloud community by contributing to blogs, workshops, webinars, conferences, and more, representingus as a trusted voice in the ecosystem
Travel both locally (to meet with customers, partners, and attend local events) and abroad (at least once a quarter)

We are looking for a Staff Architect, Data & AI Infra to shape, build, and scale the infrastructure that powers our data, AI, and research platforms. This is a senior player-coach role with broad architectural ownership across data infrastructure, ML infrastructure, developer experience, reproducibility, and production reliability. You will work across the wider engineering group as a hands-on technical architect, while also managing a small team of individual contributors focused on ML infrastructure.
This role is ideal for someone who can move between long-term platform architecture and practical execution: defining standards, building core systems, mentoring engineers, improving reliability, and partnering with Data Engineering, AI/Research, Product Engineering, Security, Bioinformatics, and Leadership to make our data and AI platforms scalable, reproducible, secure, compliant, and easier to use.

What will you do?
Architectural Leadership: Own and evolve the technical roadmap for our data and AI platforms, ensuring scalable and reliable architecture that supports current needs and prepares for a multi-cloud future.
MLOps & Platform Development: Design and build end-to-end MLOps systems-covering experimentation, training, reproducibility, and deployment-while managing specialized infrastructure like BigQuery, orchestration tools (Dagster/Airflow), and R/Python workloads.
Infrastructure Strategy: Define and lead strategy for GPU resources (scheduling, utilization, batch compute) and establish engineering best practices, data architecture standards, and platform guardrails.
Developer Experience: Enhance developer productivity by building self-service platforms, automation, internal tooling, and reusable templates that simplify workflows and reduce operational friction.
Team Leadership: Act as a player-coach to mentor engineers and manage a small team of ICs, fostering a culture of sound decision-making and technical excellence across the broader group.
Security & Reliability: Partner with Security to enforce compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR) and access controls, while mitigating operational risk through improved observability, incident readiness, and robust support processes.

We're looking for a Principal Software Engineer to take end-to-end ownership: from research and design through production, on systems that combine classical algorithms with AI/LLM-based capabilities. This is an AI-native role in both senses - you'll build security for AI systems, and you'll work AI-first yourself, using coding agents across the development lifecycle and knowing how to get consistently high-quality results from them.
You'll work as a senior individual contributor with real influence over architecture and product direction, collaborating directly with security researchers, data scientists, and product managers across our Poland and Israel teams (1-hour time difference - genuine daily collaboration, not satellite work).
What You'll Do:
Own solutions end to end - from studying the domain and generating your own ideas, through research and design, to coding, shipping, and supporting them in production.
Drive independent research in a new domain where problems are not fully defined, balancing innovation with practical, cost-effective engineering
Build and evolve backend & frontend, extending traditional microservices with AI/LLM-based capabilities
Use AI agents throughout development - research, design, coding, and testing - to raise both speed and quality
Work closely with security researchers, data scientists, and product managers to turn ideas into shipped product
