As a Senior Data Scientist, you will work in a highly collaborative environment with extensive amounts of data to research and develop deep learning models in the domains of dating, moderation and content segmentation and apply them to tasks such as recommendation systems and analytics at a high scale.
Responsibilities:
Work with management and partner teams to design and implement solutions in recommender systems for given objectives.
Lead technical efforts to improve the performance of deep learning models and propose initiatives to impact company goals directly.
Autonomously find solutions to complex problems in social network recommendations and understand the data generation process and challenges with the data.
Analyze and leverage the extensive data received from our application to enhance model performance and accuracy.

Were looking for an Applied Data Scientist to help us build and scale the core marketing science products that power our platform. This role sits at the intersection of data science and engineering: owning statistical models end to end, deploying them into production, and turning advanced analytics into reliable, customer‑facing capabilities. Your work will directly influence how thousands of brands measure ROI and allocate millions in marketing spend.
What Youll Do:
Build marketing measurement and optimization products (e.g., attribution models, MMM, incrementality testing, forecasting systems)
Develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models to production
Create scalable data pipelines and APIs that serve real-time analytics
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business questions into clear analytical solutions.
Own features end to end from statistical design and validation through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

The Senior FinOps Analyst will ensure financial requirements are clearly defined and translated into effective system solutions. This role focuses on gathering, structuring, and documenting detailed requirements for financial systems, driving alignment between Finance and Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with Finance teams to understand their needs, pain points, and objectives. Translate business needs into structured, detailed, and well-documented requirements for Technology teams.
Financial Systems Enhancements: Partner with MIS and BI teams to ensure financial systems meet evolving business needs. Define system improvements and validate solutions before implementation.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the primary link between Finance, MIS, BI, PMO, and other relevant teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of priorities.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose system-driven solutions that enhance automation and accuracy.
Strategic Initiatives Support: Contribute to large-scale financial system projects by providing clear, structured requirements and ensuring business objectives are met.
