What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end research projects to detect fake users and account takeovers from exploring behavioral patterns and validating hypotheses to deploying logic in production and evaluating impact.
Design and implement detection logic and features based on large-scale behavioral signals and fraud patterns.
Analyze real-world traffic to surface anomalies and iterate on detection strategies that improve precision and coverage.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to integrate solutions into production systems and influence roadmap decisions.
Help shape the teams detection methodologies, tooling, and best practices for scalable, real-time fraud mitigation.

Design, experiment, research, develop and productize advanced NLP solutions in various domains: classification, summarization, translation, enrichment, explainability, information extraction, information retrieval, and so on.
Finding the latest technology to improve our AI capabilities in a variety of languages.
Using advanced deep learning and large language models, to enhance our ability to find the needle in a haystack in the world of structured & unstructured data of financial electronic communication.
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
Innovate, develop, and test state-of-the-art approaches to solve our challenging problems: domain adaptation, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, zero- and few-shot learning, using open and close large language models.
Assist and mentor other team members in the implementation and research.
Help to lead the technical roadmap.

Build the data capability for this new, exciting business from the ground up. As the day-one employee, you have the ability to own and shape the strategy for how data is used in our Sweeps division.

Hands-on delivery of rich insights, a visualisation suite for the whole organisation with direct exposure to the General Manager and C-Suite.

Use data analytics to track KPIs, player behavior, spending patterns, and overall trends. Use these insights to adjust strategies, achieve targets, and inform strategic decisions that optimize organisation-wide KPIs.

Design and deliver data science models that predict revenue growth and player engagement in addition to models that focus on creating the best player experience through personalised recommendations for content matching, player networking, and offer optimisation.

Continuously measure, evaluate and improve the data and analytics ecosystem to ensure that the strategies of key stakeholders in Marketing, Economy, Player Services, and Product Design are supported through data driven insight generation and modelling.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stakeholders across the organisation, work closely with other departments (marketing, product development) to align high-value data initiatives with overall company goals.

Provide advisory services within the organisation around how data and analytics can be used to achieve goals.
