We are looking for a skilled and motivated Embedded SW Integration Team Lead for the Platform OS Department to manage the daily integration of the OS deliveries into our SW stack. The Platform OS team is leading a global effort of making the Linux OS as the Automotive Safety OS that will fuel the Autonomous Vehicle and the whole automotive industry. Youll lead a fast-paced, hands-on and dynamic team of integration and automation engineers, contributing to the overall qualification and integration effort while collaborating with other teams across the organization.
What will your job look like:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 SW Integration and Automation engineers.
Manage the daily integration of the aggregated delivery of all OS teams upstream into our SW stack.
Daily tracking of changes coming from OS development teams and controlling their integration order, priorities, test coverage and conflicts.
Managing a daily integration forum to track nightly tests reports, triaging new issues found and assigning them to development teams.
System level understanding of the OS features and tracking the test coverage developed by the OS developers.
Tracking the utilization, health and allocation of the HW resources in the farm.
Balancing test coverage to HW availability through tracking CI load.
Acting as a PoC for all OS integration issues. Both within the OS teams and externally.
Tracking bug escapes and their mitigation in the OS test coverage.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Embedded Software Team Lead to drive our development efforts from the trenches. You will lead a team of talented engineers, combining strong technical leadership with deep hands-on involvement. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of complex embedded software, while mentoring team members and ensuring high code quality. Responsibilities
Leadership & Mentoring:
Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, setting day-to-day priorities and fostering a high-performance culture
Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and act as the go-to person for complex technical challenges
Facilitate team collaboration and ensure clear communication across the R&D organization
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning
Technical Ownership (Hands-on):
Remain deeply involved in hands-on design, architecture, and coding (approx. 50% coding/design work)
Design and implement robust embedded software for real-time systems, focusing on performance, scalability, and safety
Ensure best practices in coding standards, unit testing, and CI/CD integration
Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration between software and hardware components (SoCs, MCUs, sensors, etc.)
Execution & Delivery:
Own the delivery of specific embedded modules, from design to production
Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks and roadmaps
Drive engineering processes to increase efficiency and code quality
Work closely with customers and Tier-1 partners on technical requirements, escalations, and delivery commitments

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance team of embedded, full-stack, and GNC (Guidance, Navigation, and Control) engineers. In this role, as Embedded Software Team Leader, you will lead a team owning a key part of NPU AI software stack, a complex, multi-layered system spanning the Host (SDK, runtime, APIs, and UMD/KMD drivers) and the NPU IP (embedded firmware). This stack is at the heart of the AI software offering, with deep impact on multiple hardware and software teams ability to execute state of the art LLM, Generative AI and Neural Networks with extraordinary performance.
