We are seeking a seeking for an ambitious Head of Embedded & Cybersecurity to lead the architecture,
development, and long-term evolution of its Embedded software platforms used in mission-critical power-quality
and energy-monitoring products deployed worldwide. This is a senior technical leadership role
Own the Embedded software and Real-Time system architecture across the companys product lines
Lead design and implementation of RTOS-based systems on high-performance microcontrollers and Embedded processors
Define system -level design guidelines for deterministic Real-Time performance, scalability, and robustness
Lead development of signal-processing pipelines for power-quality measurements, Real-Time sampling, and data analysis
Serve as the technical authority for complex architectural and cross-domain decisions
Define and own the Embedded cybersecurity architecture

Requirements: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
10+ years of hands-on Embedded systems development
Proven leadership experience managing senior engineers and technical leads
Strong expertise in C / C ++ for Embedded systems
Deep hands-on experience with RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, RTX, Linux )
Strong understanding of Real-Time constraints, scheduling, and deterministic systems
Experience with ARM Cortex-M / Cortex-A architectures
Signal processing knowledge
