We are seeking an exceptional Engineering Manager to found and lead a new engineering team focused on developing next-generation Data Protection capabilities.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role requiring both deep technical ownership across various domains (low-level, Backend, Frontend) and people leadership and product vision. You will be responsible for defining the technical direction, building the initial product components, and growing a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team from the ground up.

What will you Do?
The new team will be responsible for rapidly integrating existing capabilities and developing new, production-grade features. This will include:

Build and Lead the Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of 3-6 engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Drive Full-Stack Technical Delivery: Own the end-to-end architecture and technical design for the entire product stack. From the creation of low-level agent components to the web application controlling it, and overseeing the delivery of the entire product ecosystem.
Product & Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX Design, and multiple R&D teams to translate high-level and long-term vision into an executable product roadmap and technical specifications.

We are seeking a skilled Low-Level Software Team Leader to head a dedicated team on an ambitious new project. You will play a pivotal role in developing the foundational infrastructure for a new product. Your primary focus will be the creation of critical low-level components, including ROM, low-level drivers, firmware, and hardware abstraction layers (HALs), all of which are crucial to the success of this revolutionary venture. You will lead a team of software and hardware engineers within the system group of our hardware organization.

Responsibilities
Play a significant role in designing, developing and optimizing a unique new product for the revolutionary accelerator.
Develop device software components including processor RTOS, OS drivers, user-space applications, and libraries.
Collaborate with hardware and product design teams to develop software for sophisticated SOC platform designs.
Contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team, taking on broad responsibilities with an ecosystem-wide perspective.
Tackle complex system-level optimization and resource utilization challenges.

The Platform OS team of we are leading a global effort of making the Linux OS as the Automotive Safety OS that will fuel the Autonomous Vehicle and the whole automotive industry. Youll lead a fast-paced, hands-on and dynamic team of integration and automation engineers, contributing to the overall qualification and integration effort of our company while collaborating with other teams across the organization.
What will your job look like:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 SW Integration and Automation engineers
Manage the daily integration of the aggregated delivery of all OS teams upstream into our companys SW stack.
Daily tracking of changes coming from OS development teams and controlling their integration order, priorities, test coverage and conflicts.
Managing a daily integration forum to track nightly tests reports, triaging new issues found and assigning them to development teams.
System level understanding of the OS features and tracking the test coverage developed by the OS developers.
Tracking the utilization, health and allocation of the HW resources in the farm.
Balancing test coverage to HW availability through tracking CI load.
Acting as a PoC for all OS integration issues. Both within the OS teams and externally.
Tracking bug escapes and their mitigation in the OS test coverage.
