Requirements:
Responsibilities: Lead and own the full lifecycle of the product - from design, architecture, and planning to development and delivery.
* Build and manage a small, focused team of developers, fostering a high-ownership and impact-driven culture.
* Collaborate closely with external partners and stakeholders to align development with customer needs and business priorities.
* Introduce automations and tooling improvements to optimize team performance and product quality.
* Work cross-functionally with product and business teams to prioritize features and translate requirements into technical solutions Required Skills: 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, ideally as a Full Stack team lead. Hands-on development skills - with deep backend expertise ( Python or Node.js and related frameworks) and solid frontend capabilities. Strong AWS experience - including infrastructure setup, scalability, deployment, and ongoing management.
* Proven ability to define system architecture, lead design decisions, and set engineering standards.
* Comfortable in customer-facing environments - able to translate real-world needs into product and technical priorities.
* A builder's mindset - passionate about creating products from scratch, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems. Nice to Have:

Requirements:
Proven experience managing a team of engineers with both frontend and backend responsibilities.
Hands-on expertise in backend technologies: Redis, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Python, FastAPI.
Frontend experience with React, Redux, Cesium, TypeScript, and monorepo management (npm 7).
Cloud knowledge- AWS
Strong ability to develop features end-to-end.
Experience with bug triage and collaboration with QA teams.
Ability to work closely with customers, providing support and hotfixes.
Familiarity with scalable systems and task management for large datasets like satellite imagery.
Excellent communication skills, especially in cross-functional team settings.

Requirements:
5+ years of development experience (+2 Java).
3+ years of leadership experience in full-stack development.
Hands-on experience building complex web-based systems.
Strong SQL & relational database skills.
Knowledge in asynchronous communication and microservice.
Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architectures.
Bonus: Experience with Force.com/APEX development.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
